If something fails to work, please note the behavior that occurs, and then contact Heaventools Technical Support. We will want to know the following items of information:

* The version of Resource Tuner that you are using as shown in the About Resource Tuner dialog box (under the Help menu).
* Windows version (including service packs and other fixes installed).
* Computer hardware: CPU class, memory and current free hard drive space.
* Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible (with a screenshot (GIF), if words fail).

Heaventools Technical Support will try to respond to all bug reports within one to two business days, and will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
